Pay Your Way

Postbox Solutions offer four different ways to pay for your order:

1. 1. Credit or Debit Card

   We accept payment by the following major credit and debit cards. If the item is on stock orders are dispatched immediately when using this payment method.

   

2. 2. Cheque / Postal Order

   If you choose to pay by cheque/postal order we will post/email you a Pro Forma Invoice. Please post the invoice and your cheque/postal order back to us at Postbox Solutions Ltd, Malting Barn, Malting Lane, Dagnall, Herts, HP4 1QY. Once we have received your payment we will dispatch the order.

3. 3. Bank Transfer

   If you choose to pay by bank transfer we will post/email you a Pro Forma Invoice and our bank details so that you can make payment electronically via your bank. Once we have received your payment we will dispatch the order.

4. 4. Account Facilities - Payment by Invoice

   Postbox Solutions offer 30 Day accounts to Local and National Government bodies, Police, NHS, Educational and Charitable organizations (on receipt of a signed purchase order).

   30 Day accounts are also available to business customers by providing relevant bank references. Please note trading accounts take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to set up. We regret that 30 day accounts are not available to private individuals.

   The following organisations are entitled to pay by invoice (on receipt of signed purchase order):

   • Local and National Government
   • Police
   • NHS Trusts
   • Schools, Colleges and Universities
   • Registered Charities
   • Ministry of Defence

   To help us process your order as quickly as possible please include the following information on your purchase order:

   • Purchase Order Number
   • Invoice and Delivery address
   • Accounts contact name and telephone number
   • Delivery contact name and telephone number
   • Email address (if available)
   • Number of steps at the entrance to your building
   • The floor number which the order should be delivered to
